摘要:
针对Matlab/Simulink中开关磁阻电机(switched reluctance motor,SRM)模型普适性不高的问题,文章通过对一台三相6/4开关磁阻电机进行有限元仿真,求出转子处于不同位置时磁力线的变化情况,并将磁化特性曲线数据导入Simulink的SRM模型中,使仿真模型更贴合实际电机模型。为提升SRM调速系统动态响应性能,将模糊控制引入PI控制中,结合模糊控制与PI控制的优点,设计了一种复合模糊自整定PI控制器,并优化了SRM调速策略。通过突加负载与突变期望转速仿真实验,验证了所提控制策略的有效性。
Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of low universality of SRM (switched reluctance motor) model in Matlab/Simulink, this paper conducted finite element simulation on a three-phase 6/4 SRM to find the change of magnetic field lines when the rotor was at different positions, and the magnetization characteristics curve data was imported into Simulink’s SRM model to make the simulation model more suitable for the actual motor. In order to improve the dynamic response performance of the switched reluctance motor speed control system, fuzzy control was introduced into PI control. Combined with the advantages of fuzzy control and PI control, a composite fuzzy self-tuning PI controller was designed. In addition, the speed regulation strategy of switched reluctance motor was optimized. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy was verified by the sudden load and sudden change of the rotational speed simulation test.
