摘要:
为明晰国内外铁路发展现状与趋势,文章从主要国家/ 地区铁路科技政策导向、国内外铁路市场发展趋势、铁路相关知识产权和国际标准等4 个维度进行分析,指出全球铁路科技发展方向趋同于“安全、高效、绿色、智能、互联互通”,国家/ 地区之间的铁路科技竞争日趋激烈,并提出应从完善科研体制、全球化布局科研资源、细分市场适用性技术研究和基础及横向科技研究等方面开展工作。
Abstract:
In order to clarify the current situation and trend of the railway development, analyses from multiple perspectives covering policy, market, intellectual property and international standard were made. The results show that the development direction of the global railway science and technology is converging to "safety, efficiency, green, intelligence and interconnection" which results in increasingly intense competition between countries and regions. It suggested that the future work should focus on refining the research organization mechanism, globalization of research resources, research on applicable technologies of segment-market and research on fundamental and transverse technologies.
