摘要:
为提高电力机车的运行效率和管理水平,文章以“神华号”电力机车为例,设计了一套电力机车远程监视及专家数据分析新系统,其利用系统集成技术实现车载系统与设备诊断的全面覆盖;通过故障清洗及数据挖掘等技术,实现机车故障精确定位,有效提升行车指挥效率,有力保障机车的行车安全;利用宽带数据传输及数据融合等技术,实现整车记录文件自动下载与关联分析等功能,降低了人工工作量,提升机车维护效率和行车指挥效率;通过建立车载热点,实现车载数据中心的数据交互与资源共享。
Abstract:
In order to improve locomotive efficiency and management level, a new electric locomotive remote monitor & expert system was proposed and has been used by Shenhua Electric Locomotive. System integration technique is adopted for system and equipment diagnose, fault cleaning and accurate fault location, which could improve locomotive efficiency and provide security. Broadband wireless transmission and data fusion techniques are used for file automatic downloading and correlation analysis,which could reduce manual work and improve locomotive maintenance and operation efficiency, and also supplying wireless hotspot aboard for data interchange and share.
