摘要:
电力机车变流器的布线要求高紧凑性、低杂散电感和高功率密度,而传统的电缆或单层导电铜排往往难以达到要求。针对传统母排的缺点,文章设计了一种牵引逆变器用新型三相交流输出母排结构,其将铜排通过环氧树脂粉末静电喷涂由聚酯薄膜隔离后层层压合而成。利用叠层母排优势,有效提高逆变器功率密度并降低杂散电感,结构简单安装方便,并通过ANSYS 软件对新型逆变器交流输出母排的杂散电感、温升及电流密度进行仿真,验证了其可行性。
Abstract:
High compactness, low stray inductance and high power density are required in electric locomotive converter wiring, while the traditional cable and single-layer conductive copper are often difficult to meet the requirements. Due to the drawbacks of traditional busbars, a new three-phase AC output bus structure was introduced, which electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin powder and laminated with multiple polyester film. By taking the advantages of the laminated busbar, it effectively improve the power density and reduce the stray inductance, as well as conveniently install. The feasibility was verified by ANSYS software simulation, including stray inductance, temperature rise and current density of the inverter AC output bus.
