摘要:
文章提出了一种基于电力电子变压器的新型牵引传动系统主电路结构。与传统牵引传动系统相比,该系统不仅重量更轻、体积更小,而且层次化的结构使得牵引交流电机的供电方式更为灵活,更有利于牵引电机采用轴控的供电方式。基于该牵引系统建立电力电子变压器级的功率模型,并对其主电路存在的电压均衡与分层牵引功率的关系、中频隔离级的工作方式对牵引传动特性的影响、轴重转移条件下逆变器和电机的动态特性变化以及电力电子变压器与交流调速系统的耦合控制进行了分析研究,总结了该牵引传动系统特点和对下一代动车组的发展所具有的优势。
Abstract:
This paper proposed a main circuit structure of a new traction drive system based on power electronic transformer (PET). Compared with traditional traction drive system, the new transmission system has lighter weight and smaller size , has more flexible traction AC motor power supply mode due to hierarchical structure, and is more conducive to the use of axial control of the traction motor power supply. Based on the new traction system, power model in PET level was established, and the relationship between voltage balance and traction power of the main circuit was analyzed. It also analyzed the influence of working mode of the intermediate frequency isolation stage on traction drive characteristic, dynamic characteristics changing of inverter and motor, and the coupling control of PET and the AC speed control system. Finally, characteristics of the new traction drive system and its advantages to next generation EMU were summarized.
