摘要:
为了解双向全桥DC-DC 变换器在宽输出电压范围下的输出特性,给出了变换器移相控制下工作模态分析,建立了理论计算模型,并对功率环流和电流应力进行了分析。为了提高变换器效率,对变换器软开关实现条件进行了推导,为电路参数的选择提供了参考。考虑到死区存在,分析了移相控制下输出功率调节范围,推导了输出功率的计算模型,给出了死区补偿方法,并研究了输出功率与输出电压纹波特性关系。最后,通过实验结果验证了所述理论。
Abstract:
In order to comprehend the output characteristics of bidirectional full bridge DC-DC converter with wide output voltage range, analysis of working status for the converter with phase shift control was was given and its theoretical calculation model was established. Additionally, the circulating current and current stress were analyzed. Soft-switch condition for the converter was conducted to improve the efficiency, providing an inference for the design of circuits. The output power range was analyzed with consideration of dead time, and compensation method was given. Relationship between output power and voltage ripple was studied. Experimental results proved all the conclusions.
