摘要:
牵引变流器功率器件处于密闭空间内,其电容器、母排及电缆等部件的发热量需通过内循环系统进行消散。文章以某车辆牵引变流器为研究对象,通过建立该变流器内循环系统的三维仿真模型,采用标准k-ε湍流模型,对内循环散热系统进行结构布局和风量优化,得到了其内循环散热系统最优结构布局和冷却风机风量,并通过变流器温升试验验证了其内循环散热系统的可用性和可靠性。
Abstract:
Power modules of traction converter work in airtight space, and their capacitors, low-inductance busbars and cables are cooled by internal cooling-circulation. Aiming at optimizing the structure and total air-flow of blower in internal circulation cooling system of a traction converter, a 3D model of internal circulation cooling system was built, and the standard k-ε model was used. Through the analyzing, the best structure and air-flower were obtained, and the availability and reliability of internal circulation cooling system were verified by temperature rise experiment.
