摘要:
大功率空心电抗器在大功率变流、电能传输系统限流保护领域有着广泛的应用。文章介绍了一种大功率电抗器,其采用空心导线内通水冷却、紧密贴合绕制、多绕组套装的技术,功率密度比传统电抗器大为提升;并采用了向量磁位叠加法和环氧浇注技术,不仅解决了该类电抗器电磁力计算、绕组夹持难题,而且所研制的电抗器具有更大的耐电流冲击能力。
Abstract:
High power air-core reactor can be used in high power converter and electricity power transport system to limit the shortcircuit current. This paper presented a high power reactor using air-core water-cooled, tightly winding and multi-winding packing technique which significantly improves the power density comparing to conventional reactor. The proposed reactor also applies the magnetic vector potential superposition methodology and epoxy casting technology, which not only solves the calculation of electromotive force of winding coil but also has greater current shock withstanding capability.
