摘要:
为了满足电动汽车对逆变器性能的要求并为功率模块组件的集成与散热设计提供依据,提出了一种近似计算逆变器功率损耗和结温的方法。文章基于IGBT 的特性参数,对SVPWM 逆变器的功率损耗进行了近似计算,并对逆变器在不同输出相电流频率时的瞬态结温变化情况进行了比较。结果表明该近似计算方法有效、可行。
Abstract:
An approximate calculation method of power losses and junction temperatures for IGBT was proposed in order to meet the performance requirements of electric vehicle inverter and provide guidance for the design of power module integration and heat sink for power modules. Power losses of SVPWM inverter were approximately calculated based on the parameters of IGBT, and the transient junction temperatures at different frequencies of output phase current were further compared. The results indicate that the approximate calculation method is effective and feasible.
