摘要:
介绍了基于2SC0108T驱动芯片的三电平IGBT模块驱动板,该驱动板具有电源欠压保护、短路保护等功能。利用PSpice电路仿真软件对其前级PWM驱动信号调理电路及故障信号反馈电路进行了原理性验证,同时与F3L400R12PT4型三电平IGBT模块进行联调,通过斩波试验和短路试验证明了该款驱动板在工程应用中的有效性和可靠性。
Abstract:
A novel three-level IGBT driver board was presented based on 2SC0108T driver chip. It possesses the functions of undervoltage protection, short-circuit protection, etc. The theories were validated by the precise PSpice model on the terms of PWM signal conditioning circuit and fault feedback circuit. The hardware of this driver board was applied in the F3L400R12PT4 IGBT module’s chopping test and shortcircuit test, and the results show that this driver board is valid and reliable in engineering application.
