摘要:
针对变流模块中常用的叠层母排结构进行比较,通过理论和仿真分析,得到叠层母排的设计依据,提出降低叠层母排杂散电感的几种常用方法,为模块结构设计和叠层母排的生产提供参考。
Abstract:
It compared the structures of laminated busbar which commonly used in converter module. With theoretic analysis and simulation comparison, the design basis of laminated busbar was obtained and several conventional methods for reducing the inductance of laminated busbar were presented, which could provide reference for the design of module structure and the production of laminated busbar.
