摘要:
级联型变频器系统由于其输出波形趋于正弦、成本低廉,被广泛应用于高压大容量系统中。然而在一些特殊工况下,由于级联型变频器输出电压含有的谐波分量会加剧系统中电抗器和电动机绕组发热,在电动机上产生过电压和漏电流,同时对系统造成严重的电磁干扰,此时需要对输出波形进行滤波处理。文章根据实际工程应用,对级联型变频系统中变频器输出电压的谐波特性进行了分析,提出了输出滤波器的设计方法,仿真和实际工程应用验证了该方法的有效性。
Abstract:
The cascaded inverter is widely used in high-voltage large-capacity system because of the sine output and low cost. However, in some special conditions, the harmonics component of output voltage will intensify heating of the reactor and motor windings, and then produce over-voltage and leakage current in the motor. Moreover, it will cause serious electromagnetic interference. Therefore, we need to filter the output waveforms. Based on the practical engineering applications, the article analyzes the harmonic characteristics of cascaded inverter system, and proposes how to design the output filter. At last, it verifies the effectiveness of the above measures by simulation and actual engineering.
