摘要:
针对传统脉冲密度调节感应加热电源在功率输出有级性和从自然衰减振荡状态恢复到输出功率状态时需要重新锁定工作频率的问题,提出了一种改进的频率跟踪控制策略,利用采自输出端的负载电流进行快速频率跟踪,使锁相环有足够的时间进行锁相,而当负载电流降至很小,即进入自然衰减振荡状态时,利用改进锁相环中的采样保持电路保证感应加热电源中的逆变器工作在谐振频率点附近。利用Matlab/Simulink 进行了相应的仿真实验,功率调节选用均匀脉冲密度调节方式,进一步降低了输出电流的衰减程度,以保证逆变电路工作在零电流和
Abstract:
It presents an improved frequency tracking control strategy aiming to the problems of conventional pulse density modulation for induction heating power supply in output power with level and operating frequency re-locking as recovering from natural attenuation to the output power state. Output load current is applied to fast frequency tracking, thus the phase-locked loop (PLL) has enough time to lock the phase, and when the load current is dropping to a very small value, that is, entering into a natural attenuation state, the sample and hold (S/H) circuit in modified phase-locked loop (MPLL) ensures power inverter operating in the vicinity of resonant frequency. The corresponding simulation experiments are carried out through Matlab/Simulink, and pulse-symmetrical modulation is chosen for power modulation, which can decrease attenuation of output current and ensure the inverter circuit working at zero current switching (ZCS) state and zero voltage switching (ZVS) state.
