摘要:
简要介绍了模块化多电平变流器(MMC)的拓扑结构和工作原理。由于变流器内子模块串联会造成电容电压不均衡,文章采用最近电平逼近的调制方式,将子模块电容电压进行排序,再根据相应电流的方向确定各子模块的投切状态,以此实现子模块上电容电压基本趋于稳定。仿真结果表明,最近电平逼近的调制方式非常适用于大功率应用的场合。
Abstract:
This paper briefly introduces topological structure and work principle of the modular multilevel converters (MMC). The capacitor voltage will be imbalanced due to sub-modules in series of the converter. By using the nearest level modulation method and sorting the capacitor voltages of sub-modules, then, according to the direction of the corresponding current to make sure the switching state of all the submodules, the balance of the capacitor voltage of the sub-modules is realized. The simulation results show that the nearest level modulation method is extremely suitable for large power application.
