摘要:
以ECSxA系列变桨变频器为硬件平台,以非线性PID变桨控制算法为核心,设计了一种新的兆瓦级风力发电机组变桨距系统。通过软硬件的设计,较理想地实现了变桨距系统的电气控制,在实际应用中获得了良好的控制效果,实现了兆瓦级风力发电机组变桨距系统的自主开发。
Abstract:
The ECSxA pitch inverter is chosen as the controller, and the non-linear PID is chosen as the core control algorithm, a novel pitch control system of MW wind turbine is designed. Through the software and hardware design, the electrical control of pitch control system can be realized,and has obtained good control effect in the practical application. Moreover, it can achieve the independent-development of the MW wind turbine pitch control system.
