摘要:
基于流体动力学以及传热学的基本原理,并且根据大型风力发电机的结构特点,建立了发电机定子/ 转子全域内流体- 固体直接耦合求解定子/ 转子温度场的物理模型;通过给定求解条件,采用有限体积元法对定子/ 转子全域内的流体场以及温度场进行了数值求解。通过对定子/ 转子内部流体场以及温度场进行详细地分析,指出了发电机内部流体特性的分布规律以及温度的分布特性,为该类型的发电机的设计以及运行提供理论依据。
Abstract:
According to the structure characteristics of large wind generator, a fluid-solid direct coupled model within the whole domain of the generator is established to solve the temperature field of stator and rotor, which based on the fundamental theories of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and heat transfer theory. Fluid field and temperature field are solved numerically using finite volume method (FVM) by the given conditions. They are also analyzed in detail. Therefore, distribution characters of fluid and temperature inside the generator is obtained, which provide a theory basis for design and operation of this type wind generator.
